Our beef and lamb are locally reared and sourced by our butchers Ernan and Dermot McGettigan.
All fish is obviously caught by local fishermen. Lobsters are supplied from Mullaghmore.
Thornhill Farm is supplying our organic ducks.

Our hens in the walled garden get the same food as our customers, though maybe not as well presented. In return, they deliver gorgeous eggs for breakfast, ice creams and other desserts.
